About EarthFrame

EarthFrame is a Public Benefit Corporation founded in 2025 with a two-part mission:

  1. Research, develop, and distribute technologies that help communities—from individuals to entire nations—sustainably own, manage, and govern their own data
  2. Create tooling to measure and reduce the resource utilization of Artificial Intelligence and large-scale computing systems

What We're Building

To accomplish these goals, EarthFrame:

  • Builds radically creative computer hardware (from backpack-sized machines to data centers) for data processing and sovereign AI inference.
  • Develops software that makes it easy to measure and improve the performance and efficiency of these systems or the servers or cloud VMs you already use
  • Creates and integrates local-first AI and data processing tools that enable individuals and communities to run their inference workloads blazing fast
  • Partners with AI hardware and software companies to make it easier to optimize workloads and get the most from the planet's existing AI stack.
