Dr. Dawson brings more than a decade of experience in high-performance computing, genomics, and AI inference acceleration to EarthFrame and, in collaboration with the rest of the leadership team, executes our corporate vision. As an undergraduate he was the first Biology major to compete in the Student Cluster Competition, helping lead the University of Texas to back-to-back victories before then completing his PhD at the University of Cambridge. Prior to EarthFrame he spent half a decade at NVIDIA where he led the development of workflows and AI inference products for genomic analysis and protein structure prediction. Eric leads R&D efforts on both hardware and software, designed our life sciences use cases, and assists in developing our other products wherever he is needed.

Professor Fox is an associate professor of anthropology and human genomics at University of California San Diego. Professor Fox leads a research program that develops and deploys new technologies to improve genomics and enable Indigenous Data Sovereignty. With Dr. Dawson, Professor Fox started the Earth Friendly Computation community and continues to lead it today. Prof. Fox led development of EarthFrame's benefit sharing models and many of our community engagements and partnerships. He contributes to our design process rooted in Indigenous Futurism, circular economic principles and systems thinking, as well as our use cases and system deployment integrations.

Yousuf leads software and agentic development at EarthFrame, bringing a unique perspective informed by his background in design and cognitive science. As a student in the Earth Friendly Computation seminar at UCSD, Yousuf contributed to two winning California CARES grants for Earth Friendly Computation concepts and led EFC's publication exploring sustainable applications of AI in science and healthcare. Yousuf is a founding developer of EarthFrame and is actively building our suite of software products shaped by his experience in full-stack development, data science, sustainability, and health care. Yousuf leads Warpt development and devised the stress tests that torture our systems in pursuit of greater efficiency.

Juvenson brings a decade of product experience across academic institutions, IT organizations, and startup environments to EarthFrame. At EarthFrame, Juvenson oversees product strategy with both process discipline and genuine passion for technologies that create measurable impact. Juvenson helps bring life to the full product roadmap—from Ember portable workstations to Mesa institutional clusters—by building relationships first and processes second. You'll find Juvenson on lots of our calls - he's a natural connector, passionate about helping communities from all over the globe, a polyglot, and an all-around all star for getting things done.

Nahir Ricketts performs 3D contracting services and has worked with EarthFrame through several iterations of our design process. Nahir made all the beautiful 3D design diagrams you see and the hardware plans you'll find in our repair manuals. Nahir also designed our airflow systems in collaboration with the team, helping bring greater efficiency on air cooling to EarthFrame's 1 and Mesa systems. Nahir is available for outside work but please don't take all his time - we rely on him and are grateful for his top-tier service!
